ZIPPING THROUGH
THE COMMUNITY...
- Set up in 2006 as a Social Enterprise responding to
the dangers of climate change by selling and promoting
environmentally-friendly bikes which is helping to reduce
the number of cars used on the road. Traffic pollution
contributes to 28% of all CO2 emissions. Award winning ZiPee Bikes Ltd works with the community to get engage,
educate and get people involved with environmental
projects in their local area. We recently teamed up
with a group from Bow Secondary school in Tower Hamlets
- See
BBC Coverage and in the past with Camden Youth
Service to highlight the range of alternative and
more ethical methods of transport.
